I really like the place. Brought to kid in with me for a quick bite to eat and we weren't disappointed. I ordered the shrimp po boy, and my kid had the bacon cheese burger (which was bigger than her face! . The shrimp was seasoned just right, and my kid loved her burger. The steak on steak days are a bargain. A very nice rib eye cut for $11.99, and it tasted great. I would give 4 or 5 stars for that. We also ordered the blackened catfish with shrimp etouffee, which was the special. It took 40 minutes for it to arrive, after I had finished my steak. Hence the 3 stars. View all feedback.

I have once in the month natural protein fix, I decided to visit st. charles tavern donnerstag steak W/Loaded baked potatoes night. a friend and I went early because there is special all day and we wanted to catch happy hour for well. we were greeted by the Bartender/Server. immediately after entering the tavern. Yes, the place was practically empty. I started with a delish good margarita and my friend had a domestic beer and boudin balls that were delish. next we had the steak special, the ribeye was a total surprise for me because the port of call' lack of luster steak does not even measure this steak by far. the ribeye was delicate, moist, grilled to perfection. overall experience, I am sure back

Great food for a great price. friendly service. treated my taste buds to her seafood platter a night w/ her speacialty drink street car '' one night; and the soft bowl krabbe po young w/ a **** marien next. Yumm-O!

Open all the time makes the tavern a welcome beacon late at night. eating is a quite simple diner selection, with strong coffee and a full bar round the place. eating will not win any awards, but they will fill for a fair price. loves the vintage toy crane in the corner!

We just ran over the great restaurant. the personal was very nice. eating is great. they have a steak night special that cannot be beaten. mi and thur night 14 unzen ribeye with backkartoffel for 11.95 I ordered two of them. the shrimp poboys are great. they get great eating at a great price. the carcinols are the bombs. I very much correct this facility.
