Everything about this place is great. The food, wine, cocktails, staff... Their selection of amaros alone is pretty awesome. The best part is, they really take care of industry people! All day, everyday. If I lived in that neighborhood, I’d be a regular. View all feedback.

What KatieC dislikes about Bar Frances:
I have dined at this restaurant twice recently and it was excellent. It was not crowded and they accept reservations. The food is delicious. However, I have one constructive criticism for the restaurant. The bread used for the grilled cheese and avocado toast, although tasty, was extremely hard. Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier.
