"We ordered the mozzarella sticks as an app with ranch for dipping, waitress brought them out with marinara and had to wait for the ranch even though she wrote it down. Other party order Chicken plank dinner with fries and green beans, order was nice and hot. Party said it was delicious like usual. I ordered the Pork Riblets with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Only thing close to being hot on my plate was the mashed potatoes. After trying to eat barely above room temperature food, the waitress finally came to ask how everything was and I asked her if she could please put my food in the microwave because I prefer to eat my food hot not almost room temperature. They kept my mashed potatoes and broccoli since I added butter to them and gave new riblets that were actually hot and they did heat up the food for me. The kitchen manager brought out the new plate and made sure I was happy. I was with nice hot food and the riblets had a better flavor being hot over cold. I'm glad she corrected my dinner. Applebee's usually is a 5 star rating for me, I eat here at least once a week and they hardly ever mess up but when they do, they are quick to fix the mistake to make sure you have a pleasant dining experience. I'll definitely be back within the week or so."

"I recently moved from oklahoma to pa and have been in new castle for about a month. this is the first place that has shown this grounded, friendly attitude that I have so used to in oklahoma. the girls who work there make them welcome and are so helpful that they even gave me instructions how to get there! eating was a good family cooking at a very reasonable price. I am really looking forward to returning to Hugger-Mugger during the entire duration of my stay! the name may sound funny, but the service, the quality and the price are not definitiw!"

"First off, the five stars go to their Wings of Fabulousness. I ordered the Hot Strawberry Wings and Gen Dub Wings (their take on General Tso?s chicken); try tasting those two sauces together...whew mama! They have some of the best wings anywhere. A great selection at that. Because the place was busy, I was among customers who were seated in the heated patio. I was hesitant, but the patio was toasty and spacious and I was impressed. Lexi was a great server. Service altogether was great. Food is plentiful enough for me to take a whole meal of leftovers home. I enjoyed my visit here."

"Outside looks a bit sketchy, but inside is not. Really good food. Clean and cute decor. Waitress was busy but efficient. Wanted to try an apple cider margarita but was just too full!"
