Jerico's had been a reliable choice for special occasions for many patrons. However, recent visits left some disappointed with underseasoned steaks and slow service. Despite mixed experiences, the prime rib remains a standout dish. In comparison, J. Alexander's received high praise for outstanding service and delicious food, making it a top choice for celebratory dinners. While some minor issues were noted, such as wait times and lacking vegetable sides, overall, J. Alexander's was highly recommended for a memorable dining experience.
The food and service was great. The food is always good and portions are plentiful.
The hostess, Ingrid, greeted our arrival with a big smile and everything about our meal and dining experience was top notch.
Food was fantastic, service was good, it is VERY noisy there(only bad thing I can say)
Good meal. J Alexander’s is always consistent. Waitress got bill confused but manager quickly corrected.
