Osteria Tulia is my wife's favorite restaurant in Naples. She particularly loves the tortiloni stuffed with short rib. There pasta selection is wonderful and you can even order 1/2 orders of two of your favorites. I had the roasted pork chop with pureed mashed potatoes and greens. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them.
