This is a lovely old world Italian restaurant that reminds of another time. It was a snowy day and the restaurant wasn't crowded for lunch, but the food was great. The bread was fresh and delicious. The homemade minestrone was light and fragrant. The shrimp were excellent. Unfortunately, the kitchen was extremely slow. When our food finally arrived, everyone 's chicken tasted more like the mesquite char than chicken. The steak was tasty enough, but my Fajita steak was lukewarm while the vegetables on the plate were undercooked. The prices are pretty high for a casual Mexican food place.
