"We were celebrating our daughter’s success. We were seated at a long rectangular table for 12 of us. Wish there was a round table we could have had so we all could join in conversation. We all lived the food and drinks. Our waitress was very nice."

"Portillo’s is delicious every time I visit Chicago. The one at the airport a few years back was fantastic, the chili dog was great, and the building was super authentic looking. The only knock on this one is the building doesn’t have as much cool stuff in it, but nonetheless, delicious and quick!"

"I really love this place. Jason’s Deli is a highly recommended spot! Especially to all those people who are looking for such a great place to spend some quality time with friends and family. This is the best place to go! Their customer service here is top-notch! All of their staff is friendly, nice, decent, and accommodating. They are very helpful and they all know how to treat the customers so well. All of them are working so fast and quickly. They also got the orders correct as always. All of them are really personable and reliable. Outstanding service. Their location is also great, they are very accessible, and near to other well-known places around the area. You can visit and find their place in just a few minutes from your area. The whole place is incredible. They have a great atmosphere inside the place. The whole place is well-maintained, organized, and they have so many interesting designs. You will absolutely enjoy the place. Very welcoming and relaxing. Jason’s Deli is really a gem in this area of Naperville. I would really love to go back again when I have some free time. I also want to explore their menu and try all the food they have. "Made a reservation here, never been. I received a call the day before to confirm and was told that there was a limited menu which was partially described to me. When we got there we found that it was a Prix Fixed menu and the price 80.00/person. Ok it's Xmas Eve and we were there. Appetizers were a choice of 2 . We ordered obviously both. When they came, there were only 2 small pieces. I would go back for maybe a full menu."

"Service is so slow. We sat at bar and it took over 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Sitting at the bar should be fast but not here. There are plenty of other places to get a good drink, glass of wine, whatever and much better service. All that staff and a visible manager and yet no assistance for 10 minutes."
