Taco Time - Nanaimo

I ordered the Burrito Bowl (Vegetarian) and to my pleasant surprise it wasn't below average! This is a not bad option, really. My partner had the Vegetarian Quesadillas, again, it was not bad. Quick and Friendly service, and they have more vegetarian options then they used to. Which is good, sometimes I just want to have junk food and this is one of 'my goto' place for that. Cheap and cheerful. I eat here maybe once a year. I wish they had better hot sauce though, and perhaps a variety as well.

The place closes at 8pm and God help you should you not know this and have the temerity to try and be a customer. "We close in like two minutes". "Really? You close here at 8pm? Almost everything else here closes at 9pm or later. We didn't know that". "That's why we have it (posted) on the door."If they are going to take the boss's money, they should treat his customers with at least a modicum of respect. You'd think that obvious, but no, not here.Since we had already ordered our food, paid and received our food before discovering the hours of operation, we ate in the pick-up truck. In the parking lot.

Taco Tuesday, what should be a fiesta, is just a disappointment. Taco Tuesday only applies to beef tacos, leaving vegetarians left out from all the fun. Not cool Taco Time, not cool. to bad your supreme mexifries and salsa is so dang delicious.

If you been to a taco time, you've pretty much been to all of them.
