All reviews for Shiraaz Fine Indian Cuisine from all websites. The restaurant offers good food (4 stars) and is one of the best restaurants in Mount Alexander.

I wasn't blown away by Shiraaz, but it's not a bad place to go.

Still a fan, but the second trip was not as good as the first with so-so service and a seriously over-spiced korma.

I occasionally pop into Shiraaz for lunch during the week.

We waited and waited to give our order, which eventually after others who came after us had ordered, someone finally came to the table. Then we waited, and wait...

"Castlemaine is a large city that is hardly a city, so this fine Thai restaurant is a blessing for the city. it is a trifle unusual to find a good Thai restaurant in a city this size, especcially one that serves exxcellent food. . I would recommend naam pla thai, I have eaten several times and eating was always full of taste. the prices are basic prices for what they get."

"We had the noodles, the mais on the bob and the green and mushrooms it was delicious eating, but overpriced in my opinion they also note that we ordered the mais that is labeled as vegan on the menu, it came with parmesan on him what we only recognized after a bite when we trusted the pub to mark correctly their menu. very disturbing than vegan! So if you order this, make sure they are vegan. they were very apologetic and we decided to get only a refund instead of waiting for a new one, as the service was quite slow for a quiet Sunday and we did not want to wait. the atmosphere at this place was amazing! there was funky jazz music and a roaring fire in the corner."

Eclectic, welcoming interior (complete with a chandelier), an Impressive (and exhaustive) coffee menu, complemented by hearty German cuisine. We had the generous sized chicken snitzel burger.
