"Had the Tea for Two and can honestly say it’s the best one I have ever had! Extremely good variety of sandwiches and cakes and a massive amount to work your way through. "Oh dear I’m sorry but this has gone downhill! I was there a couple of years ago and food was lovely but this time the Mac and cheese was tasteless. Not sure if it’s a different chef or different owners but I definitely won’t b back. Even the ice cream was cheap and poor quality. Wasn’t questioned when I left most of food. "Amazing and varied homemade soups, scones and cakes, all on offer on a daily basis. Today I had Moroccan chicken soup with a treacle scone....strange mixture, I know, however, treacle scones are such a rarity these days and it was delicious. The cafe is now table service and staff are so friendly and engage with you when , first, they bring a bottle of water and glasses to your table. Love the sharing of tables, especially encouraged when it's busy.....which is most days over lunch period. When paying, consider a donation to allow a homeless person some nourishing food. Once visited, defy you not to revisit, it's so worth it."

"What a sound! absolutely gorgeous little jewel of a caffe not far from the city center of glasgow. my friends and I had speck pancakes and black pudding, i and chorizo spices fabulous taste and much of it, washed by some excellent coffee if I lived closer, my morning routine would change to include more regular visits."

"Doesn't look fancy from the outside but don't be put off. Food is fantastic, portions are huge, and all really reasonably priced. Staff really nice too. None of my family except my wife speak Polish plus my dad is very elderly and has dementia, but everyone was really patient and friendly to both him and us even though the restaurant was very busy. Will be back!"
