Sushi Eatery - Mosman

Came in to grab a Takeaway sushi and settle on the cooked tuna and cucumbers from the prepared packs in the counter. Here the chain outlets with great sales and volume really come into their own to ensure a fresh, high-quality sushi. The sushi here was average

If you just pass, I thought that lunch was accepted. Always a good thing. And Japanese is always a good thing. But not this place. On the menu, Udon Tempura was where the broth Fad and Tempura was heavy. Then the curry chicken Katsu, that was mainstream enough, but with an average piece of chicken and heavy crumbs. Finally, the sushi role, which was about sweet rice (some likes) and really soft and hard nori, had a lack of freshness. I really wish I found another place. Went out and past a bunch of other Japanese places and the envy - envy bus hit me!

I used to know the owner of a local Japanese Fusion restaurant which has since closed.

This used to be great a few years ago however I think quality has gone downhill.
