"The people who work here are amazing. They treated us like family. The chicken and bbq were perfect and the red sauce made the whole plate come together. The atmosphere was comfortable and the restrooms all fit the restaurants theme. I can't wait to get back."

"This place is very hard to rate. Staff is friendly, but not very attentive. Food is really good, but portions are absolutely horrendous. Atmosphere is decent, but borderline identity crisis going on. Look, this place has promise . In no way am I rooting for them to fail. Here 's the thing, you want to last on Arrendell, you NEED to stop making the same mistakes everyone else does. Price MUST match portions. I don 't care how good it is. This isn 't NY, this isn 't Paris. A near $5 upcharge for any side that 's not fries (or chips), and it be 3 bites worth, is insulting. This type of greed will never fill those seats in there, and you 'll have to close just like your predecessors did. Other restaurants can do it, so spare us all the 'inflation ' excuse. This place can 't have fine dinning prices, but portions suitable for a toddler. Not going to work yall. I hope this review will be taken in a way to open yalls eyes in how to improve, so that you CAN make it long term around here. I wasn 't trying to be harsh, but someone 's got to speak up about the operation there. So, so much promise indeed, but there 's rook for improvement."
