Excellent sauce! Dolce crostata salad is delish but I do wish NC restaurants would keep meat (bacon and chicken) out of their best salads. Fortunately when I remember to ask, Novanto omit the bacon for me. For my preference, pastas are over-sauced here but when I ask them to go light, they do.
