Saigon was one of the best restaurants in Montreuil. It's changed a lot. Their shrimp dough was the best but it became an abomination. Their shrimp bites were of quality, today they choose the lowest in range at a very expensive price. Their banmi sandwiches are simply a shame. The bread is raci and they dare to give you this... disappointment. I won't order at home! View all feedback.
