Do not misunderstand me, I love the place, but the owner seems bipolar, sometimes very rude, sometimes very sympathetic and well maintained. The coffee and panini are very good, but today I asked for mineral water (3$ on the menu) and he gave me a big bottle I found beautiful until I paid it 7$...
