Absolutely packed on a Saturday night, we probably waited half an hour for our meals but it was worth it and we could appreciate that the workers were extremely busy rushing about yet we're still very friendly. I had the Pollo Avocado and it was much tastier than the same dish I usually get at Caffe Acqua. My partner got the chicken parmigiana and thought it was great, however it was quite a small size, but I guess if you prefer quality over quantity it is worth the price. Also we received complimentary pancakes with our main meals which was really lovely.

I took my 13 year old here for a girls lunch - in preference to the over crowded food court adjacent! I was pleasantly surprised! Nice chilled atmosphere. Efficient counter service, with a new menu. The menu is reduced in volume in comparison to the last one and I think it's an improvement....and I'd imagine makes good business sense from a cost and operational perspective. Food was hot and fresh and good value. Decor was old and not in great condition: ripped vinyl in the booths lends a shabby bit not chic vibe, which was a shame. But from a branding perspective Primo hits the spot.

Pizza was a bit dry, bacon burger was in short words 'Good 8 1/2'. For a Sunday night it certainly did what it said on the tin. Filled all three of us and got free pancakes at the end

They should hire more staff on Thursday nights cause it's late night shopping. Minimum wait for a meal is 45 minutes. I'm not over exaggerating but it's true. Even on normal days, service is still so slow. Food is overpriced and not even that delicious. Staff are not very friendly, doesn't even smile at all. Very unaccomodating!

All Caffe Primo's are all the same when it comes to food. But if you are wanting to go with a large bunch of people, come to the TTP one. Here it's a large area and not as cramped as other ones I've been to. It can get very busy but always seem to get a table, wish the staff were a bit more friendlier I suggest these two meals- Mediterranean salad and mixed grill
