My family usually orders from Pizza Nova once a month as a treat. Normally, everything is cooked/presented exactly as ordered.. I always check the ordered items before paying leaving the store.2/3 pizzas were incorrect.1 pizza was missing bacon AND extra cheese, the other one had toppings on BOTH sides of the pizza when 1/2 was supposed to be cheese only. Small mall setting. This is a great little in/out restaurant. I walked in asked for pepperoni med. and was out in ten minutes. Choice of crust, toppings, interior two tables and counter. I'll be a local and come again.
Great pizza, good service, fair value. Mix and match is my favourite, as you can mix slices as you want them.
We received a gift card so thought we'd give it a try. Glad to see they moved and spiffed up the place. Pizza was good would order from them again.

This is our go-to place for take out pizza. Orders are always correct and ready when promised. Restaurant is newly renovated and clean.
