Contribute FeedbackAt Earl's, diners can expect efficient table service and friendly staff, enhancing the overall experience. While appetizers often stand out positively, some patrons find dinner options underwhelming and occasionally poorly executed. Though cocktails may disappoint, the value during Happy Hour is commendable. Decor and ambiance are pleasant, though service may slow during peak times, particularly on weekends. Regulars appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, yet inconsistent food and availability issues can mar visits. Despite mixed reviews, the establishment continues to be a favored spot, especially for its attentive service and delectable desserts like their brownie.
Meals were great as usual. Patio was nice, not a busy time. Service was NOT up to Earls’s usual standards of attentiveness prompt service. Still a nice celebration of a loved one, he enjoyed it.
Chairs are too narrow and not comfortable. Gives impression that the restaurant is trying to seat more patrons than it should.
As a guest that frequents this particular Earls I’m disappointed the treatment received this evening and believes that Nicole requires massive coaching as well as the hostess that was there. Extremely disappointing experience this time around.
Our poor server had too many tables. I’ve been to this location several times, however last nice was our worst experience. It was my husband’s birthday and I honestly wish I picked another restaurant. We were continually left unattended. We didn’t even know the birthday dessert came out. We were not asked for coffee or dessert for the table and had to have the manager print out bill. Disappointing night for the value we paid for 7 people
I really like Earls or I have in the past but their food this visit I found was overpriced and was just okay. Waiter was mediocre at best. I was disappointed.
