What Friday Girl doesn't like about CowBurners BBQ & Taproom:
We have purchased large brisket sandwiches here before, and they were.... OK. We decided to try them again today and purchased two large brisket sandwiches around 4:30pm. They were so dry and burnt that we could hardly chew them. Don't know if the brisket was left over from lunch or what, but it was very disappointing. We won't go back there. View all feedback.

Incredible beer selection on tap and in cans. Bartender very knowledgeable. Had the two meat platter with brisket and q-fries….DELICIOUS!!!

Food was good.. pork rinds delicious! We had a large pretty large group and seating cldnt fit us all together but other than that good place to get good bar bq!

We enjoyed all the meats here! Brisket, pork belly, pulled pork, and ribs. The sides were tasty-slaw,ac and cheese, beans! The staff was friendly and helpful in serving us. We will be back!
