Was a little worried after reading the reviews but tried it anyway. Everything was fabulous! Loved the pretzel appetizer and the fried cod fish was delicious. I would highly recommend Water Street Brewery. View all feedback.
What Matt I doesn't like about Water Street Brewery:
The worst ever experience. Salmon, which we ordered, was stinky. Everyone including waitress agreed that smelt was really bad and it is impossible to eat. Asked to take away. Check included salad, despite that we were told that it will be taken away. When we questioned WHY it is not removed, we were told that food was OK and it is our problem. We were advised to pay our bill and go away (literally). Otherwise, they c... View all feedback.
That's a pretty cool place and while we haven't eaten here. we had a great beer. look at the interesting beer memorabilia and view inside. I would recommend to try some of their brands beer. we went with a breeder of our favorites. we had to push a bit more for a tasting than in most brewhouses. which was a little strange. still in all and great experience.
I got here with a friend lunch and love the style of the restaurant I mean, makes her feel definitiw like in brewcity. I had the afteros of the brewmaster and they are good. home made kartoffel and beer chips with cheese and BBQ-ed meat stacked on top of each other, they cannot beat this. the beer is also great, but if they come here to eat, I would imagine that they already know that water street brewery big call with beer. ask for the brewery tour while they are there.
After eating, tony and I decided we needed some drinks. water street brewery was on the way. perfect. we ordered a flight of their signature beer. we also have a basket of brewery chips, but I forgot to give a photo. they were not bad: kartoffel, sweet potato and beet with ranch. the beer was the greatest part good. I loved the honey-bearing light that was simple and crisp. the raspberry white was delicious and fruity. the amber I usually love was not my favorite. Maybe it was too hoppy? I'm not sure. the octoberfest was also decent.

Really sub-par, Sunday around 1 for brunch and the place was nearly empty, waiter forgot to bring ice when asked... Not even close to busy. If you're looking for something to fill your belly for a standard price but not looking to be wowed. Then come here but it's really nothing special. Hollandaise sauce was most definitely not homemade. Also if you're looking for somewhere to get Sunday brunch drinks with your kids (ya know that statewide you can drink with your kids if they're 16 this isn't the place to do it, the company management chooses to not allow that so... Bottom line I'd go somewhere else if you're looking to have a fantastic brunch
