"The cafe didn't look the best visually as compared to most cafes I've been to in Brisbane but don't let its mediocre appearance mislead you. Jacaranda Coffee Lane stands out as a Asian fusion-inspired cafe that serves plenty of unique and original dishes. <br>

The presentations of our crab omelette ciabatta and Tasmanian scallops on sweet potato fritters were absolutely impeccable and looked amazing for cafe standard. Both didn't disappoint in taste, they were super delish. <br>

My friend feels that the matcha latte is a bit too sweet. As for my mocha, it was smooth and enough of chocolatey goodness. <br>

Service was impressive. The service staff would come by occasionally to make sure we're alright with our meals and if we needed anything else. We were even served a free fruit dessert to end our meal! Everything was spot-on, this definitely won't be my last visit!"

"Quite tasty Thai food. I wonder why the prices on their menu on their website have not been updated to the current prices,which, for a small eatery in an area of Holland Park which really has no 'atmosphere ' , now aren 't cheap. Is this a ploy to get you to come in and then find out their real more expensive current price? Friendly service as well."

"I don’t write reviews. If I write, I’d write it with great appreciation. <br/>I live in Newstead and that is why I decided to try this restaurant (I usually try Japanese restaurant cautiously). This is my third ?forth time to dine in on a Saturday for lunch. This restaurant has not disappointed me even once since it’s opening.<br/>I have Kaisen don (sashimi don) every time. The sashimi is always nice and fresh in good variety and generous serving. <br/>Also, the staffs are always warm and welcoming.<br/>If my partner or friend ask me to go out for a poke bowl, I would rather come here for a sashimi don without a hesitation. <br/>Finally, I believe the quality of the food is better than how it is rated."

"There are some things I really liked about this place. They are the coffee, the ambience and the food proportions of the brunch meals we received. I think this would be a marvellous place to come for drinks, the goat beer sounds enticing) and the charcuterie boards for an accompanying nibble. "Five of us had lunch here on Friday and we all enjoyed each other very much. as a midday on a weekday there were only a few other tables occupied and the noise level was bearable. our table divided 4 entrees be the pide, chickpea . corn brot, dip duo haloumi – all fabulous only the chickpea corn brot was a little dry. we then had each net – 3 of us chose the steak and the other 2 selected chicken shish grilled chicken. my well-made steak was perfect and we all agreed that our main thing was in front of us. the young man who served our table was friendly, patient and efficient. You can sit inside or outside, but in winter we sat inside when it was huge. we bought 4 bottles of red wine to share. we would return to lunch."
