What a deal!!! We are frequent customers to Matador. The meat and food quality is great. I'm sure there are some near grill businesses having trouble trying to keep up, but, if you are a real grill meat lover, once you try Matador nobody else has a chance. The little amount of cuts of meat that were on the grill were tasty but very few selections. The salad bar was ok but nobody attended the foods, some were dry on top due to lack of attention from the staff. We were there for over an hour and nobody checked the temp on the cold salad items.
