"Four of us called in for lunch at 12.30 pm on the off-chance of lunch. For a Thursday the place was very busy. But the staff were polite and friendly, and we all enjoyed our lunch. Crepes all round for pud as well. Most enjoyable."

"We stopped over at L'hermitage en route back to the Channel from Southern France. The hotel is in a pleasant village and has lovely grounds. The food is excellent , especially the Veal, Turbot and desserts but service appears aimed at getting everyone out of the restaurant by 9pm at the expense of explaining the dishes and resolving customer issues. Rooms are fine, but why have 2 sinks in a bathroom when the toilet is in a tiny cupboard next to the wardrobe."

"Always so pleasant to come to this restaurant where there are no false notes: the welcome is friendly, the owner is always smiling, the quality and attentive service, special mention for the young man who took care of of the 2 of us, really lovely, the dishes are well prepared and presented, the products are quality, nothing to complain about, and all this in a room where you feel good. The menus offered are good value for money. We had a great time this afternoon, we will be happy to come back."
