This restaurant has a stylish atmosphere and fantastic food. It provides an authentic Ramen dining experience.
My first visit to this restaurant was for pick up. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front to assist customers, causing me to walk to the bar and kitchen area to get my food. The octopus balls were tasty, while the curry fries were decent, thanks to the curry gravy and egg topping. The sushi and yakisoba were average and nothing special. Overall, the food quality and portion size seemed lacking compared to what was shown in dine-in photos on Google Review. Despite the establishment's efforts to provide a living wage for their employees by marking up prices, the cost did not match the food and service provided. I may not go out of my way to visit this restaurant again in the future.
This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. My boyfriend and I were the only diners here. We waited 40 minutes for our food, only to receive cold ramen and rice. This happened just 5 minutes after the server brought out our food. We quickly asked for the bill and left.
The restaurant has excellent food, a pleasant atmosphere, and courteous service. I particularly recommend the Pork Don and the Spicy Tuna Eggplant appetizer. The service may be a bit slow and the bathrooms could use some improvement, but it remains one of my top dining spots.
After I left, it was clear that the restaurant started to decline. You should have listened to my advice about updating the menu and treating your staff better. Now, it's obvious that simple changes could have prevented this downfall. Hopefully, Shota and Lin will learn from their mistakes, as the big boss is probably not pleased with the current situation.
