Good value for money. Nice friendly staff. Good Sunday roast and for once a pub that can do a Sunday lunch where the vegetables are fresh and not boiled to death! Water did not return to ask if we wanted more drinks. A little slow on clearing the table and bringing the bill, but on the whole one of the better places for Sunday lunch I have been to recently. Good: Waiters were very polite. Bad: Meal took 50 minutes to arrive. Instructions had not been followed. Extras we had ordered were not with the meal and instructions about how my meal should be cooked were not followed. I had Whitebait. It was like eating crisps.
