Favorite Dumpling & Noodle Restaurant

We go to Favourite dumpling regularly for take away. It's our closest dumpling place and always delivers reliably tasty dumplings.Our favourite are:- fried lord dumpling- shanghai pork mini bun- chilli oil dumpling (which comes in a soup)- fried beef dumpling- crispy duck- steamed or fried chicken and prawnAnd for something green,- friend green vegetables (which is like stir fried Bok Choy - yum)!You really can't go wrong!Cheap and cheerful for a family. We prefer to take away than eat in.

I don't get it. There are decent reviews for this place but we found it awful.The wrapping on the dumplings was thick and gluggy. The fried dumplings were slightly better but still very average.Probably the worst dumplings I have ever had and definitely not cheap for take-away.The other food was at least edible but nothing special. My friend had the Indonesian rice and said that was good; so if you are forced to go here I'd order that

Loved the dumplings, had a crispy dug, soup and spring onion pancakes and everything was delicious. Friends recommended this place and took me there. I'm surprise this place has only 4 reviews because it was packed!! And it apparently is all the time. Will definitely go back there on my next visit to Melbourne thumbs up for your great food

This place is good to visit for a cheap night out. Food is ok. Nothing special and dumplings are definitely best item on the menu. All other dishes bit oily. Service hit and miss. Drinks are cheap. Right near Moorabbin station. Large tables available.Don't rush here but if you are, order dumplings only

The food was standard, nothing amazing. The service on the other hand was awful. The people are so rude and they did not make an effort to ensure my experience their was enjoyable. And when I asked if I could have my food leftovers boxed up, I was told rudely that that would cost me extra money per box. Pretty bad experience.
