"Do not use this restaurant for any catering needs. Customer service is non existent and the inside dining area is filthy. For a company that prides itself on customer service, I experienced some of the worst customer service ever today at this location. I showed up to pick up my catering order (same order as last 5 Fridays) of 34 boxed meals. I showed up at 3:30 and after waiting in the line with the one order taker for 6 minutes I was told it they would bring my order right out. I stepped aside and waited another 6 minutes with no further communication. When I asked I was told again it would be right out. It was clear they had not filled my order but no communication or acknowledgment to this was provided. This pattern happened for another 25 minutes. During this time I had a good look around the restaurant. All the tables were dirty, the floors had food and fluid in several areas and the trash was overflowing. I also noted several flies around the counter and food prep area. At 4:16 my order was finally brought out 46 minutes after it was promised. No one from management talked with me during this time. The catering manager In Training simply said sorry . No other explanation was given not any attempt at service recovery. When I asked to speak with the manager he reluctantly came out and provided no further explanation or attempt to make this right for the customer. When I asked why no one communicated with me during the 45 minute wait he shrugged his shoulders. The actual catering manager did reach out via text to apologize later in the evening however she also told me this was my fault as I missed their 48 hour in advance order deadline apparently 30 hours in advance is not enough time to get an order entered in the system for fulfillment. There is a way to do a service recovery with a customer who spends $400+ In catering every week and this was not it. Acknowledgment of the issue would have gone a long way in this situation. I did reach out to CFA customer service and I am very disappointed to report the customer service was the same. I was asked if I got the food as if that should be the end of discussion. I did get the food however the group of children I was trying to feed had already left on the school bus to go to their school function. So yes I got the food but it did not feed the children it was for because of the failure of this location 's management to fulfill the order when promised coupled with the complete management failure to communicate the issue. Had communication been more forthcoming arrangements could have been made to deliver the food to the children prior to their event."
