"Arrival at 17.40, ordered food before it was overcrowded. And I've been waiting for our food for almost two hours. Many times asked, and waiters still said 10 minutes. Total not $40 worth. Most people even got their food before us tho they came later than we did. The offer of free alcohol will not change the fact that we waited that long for a single plate of food. They didn't give the full meal we had ordered. Not the full refund. We ordered a burger with Fritten and Gravy and another side of Fritten. Free food, but I didn't get the full meal I paid for."
