Burger King Canada - Maple Ridge

The service may not be overly enthusiastic, but it is quite fast. The fries are cooked to a perfectly crispy, salty finish and the soda is ice-cold and delicious.

My family are big fans of Burger King in general. Our experience at this location however, has not even once been good. Service is beyond slow; ie: it took 20 minutes to get two whopper combos with fries. Obviously the place is understaffed, but what irritates me is that the Manager/Owner doesn't seem to care. Last time I was there I approached him and asked him (as he was running out the door and NOT assisting his staff with a long line-up of customers/grill orders,) why he doesn't hire more people. He told me it is bad business to over-hire. It is bad business to make your customers wait that long for fast food. DQ and Wendy's have equally decent burgers etc; next time, we will be patronizing one of those locations. I am utterly FED UP with this place.

We've been going to this location for a while and it used to be hit and miss with the service. The current staff is very nice and speedy compared to past employees. This is probably the cheapest place to go for a burger meal and the burgers are among the best out there in chain restaurants. They have been fully renovating the place; hopefully these changes aren't to be reflected in higher pricing for customers.

Two weeks in a row they ran out of Whoppers on "Whopper Wednesday" . The place is filthy. The staff are loud and rude. The burgers and onion rings where cold. To many other choices in Maple Ridge to warrant a return to this location of Burger King.

Sadly this location is very very slow. It is never the staff's fault as they are always under staffed and seem to be trying their best given the circumstances. I am not sure if the owner is still Irene, but if it is that explains it. This lady is a royal b!
