Arrived as a single customer, and I was asked if I would mind sitting in the lounge upstairs. I hadn't been before, so I was a bit surprised when I got upstairs to find it empty of customers and a bit lacking in atmosphere ..sofas and coffee tables, even though I had seen a table free downstairs.
