What User likes about Cafe Noir:
Initially recommended by a local, we stopped by on our return trip from Magog to sample their traditional oven baked bagels. Having consumed hundreds of Montreal style bagels over the past fifty years these were amazing. They were still hot when we left. DO NOT go there on a full stomach. Unfortunately, we have to now contend with 'bread' bagels of Ontario. Can't wait to go back. read more.

The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and be served in nice weather, and there is free WLAN. The premises on site are accessible, and therefore no problem for guests with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.

What User doesn't like about Cafe Noir:
They seem to be understaffed or not very organized.... It seems we were waiting in line to order (and later waiting in line to pay) more time than actually eating the food. If there was a lot of people this would be normal, but there...wasnt a lot of people.... read more.
