Jack In The Box - Madera

The food was delicious, but there was a shortage of staff and we had to wait around 5 minutes to place our order.

My experience at the restaurant was positive. The staff efficiently handled the food preparation process. We ordered food for the children, which was just two orders of Nuggets and Fries. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their meal.

This is the original Jack in the Box in Madera, and I always enjoy coming here because I know that this fast food restaurant serves the best burgers compared to the Jack in the Box on Howard. The burgers here are more flavorful and delicious.

Long unnecessary wait time to order food. The service was not friendly and the hamburger looked not appetizing.

Went to drive thru around 1:30am got 3 meals. Got home just to find out there was hair in all of our food. Called that night they wanted the receipt number I said I'll call tomorrow since the receipt is in the car and it's late. Morning rolls in and Icall the manager is telling me that she doesn't know how there will be hair in our food if the cook is a male and everyone wearsa hairnet and told me to show me proof of the hair in the food.
