"5 star is purely because of service. Though it was late night and they were near closing, politely offered a service by baking a fresh pizza for us. They did not forget the business by offering pasta, salads and upgraded toppings for pizza. I guess the head chef who walked to us and apologised that they couldn't offer us a seating service as they almost shut the store. Even though it's a business, they did not keep us hungry. Thank you."

"The gulaab jamun we ordered at the end was so bad and stale, that just a bite made us feel puking. When we complained about the same to the manager, instead of apologising for serving us the stale sweet, they even charged that. Customer service was really bad. Food quantity is less and overpriced.
