Downtown Grill easily tops the list of places to eat while you 're in town. They offer incredible food paired with great service. Our server was the best we’ve ever had here. I wish I knew her name but black woman that waited on our table was absolutely phenomenal. Was put in the back part of the dining room. Best location in the restaurant. You can carry on casual conversation in a normal voice.
If you’re ever in Macon, you have to go see Richie at Downtown Grill! What a gem! One of the best meals we’ve had in years. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with Richie. Bourbon selection was on point, we had the scallop fettuccine and NY strip and both were fantastic. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!
