Chef's Menu - Lower Sackville

The food here is always delicious. I'm glad they have a take out option. Quality of the food is the same eating in or take out. Great local restaurant.

Service was the biggest issue, we were seated quickly, it was about half full, but it was noisy and little too no background music, also it was a little on the chilly side. Our food was delivered to our table in the usual amount of time, mine was hot and tasty (special of the day,) but we didn't have utensils, I thought the waitress was gone to get some but she didn't return so I had to get up and take it off another table before the food was cold. My wife had the chicken carbonara, it was a watery cream with penne, not that tasty, if you've ever had this dish before you it's not made with penny! I don't recommend this dish! It was a little pricey for what we had.

Had lunch at Chefs Menu. There was a wide selection to choose from but I decided on the stir fry (with chicken) as it was early in the day. It was tasty and a generous serving. The prices were fair, although a little on the high side for some dishes. Our server was courteous and attentive. If it's a sunny day you might want to sit with your back to the windows as it can be very bright when facing into the sun. We enjoyed our meals and I would return again.

We are rv'ing through Canada and found this delightful spot! Fabulous meal! 4 in our party for my husband's birthday. Delicious Mussels in basil cream sauce for an appetizer and perfectly sautéed Haddock for our main! Had to have their special recipe carrot cake for dessert too! Chef and staff so friendly and attentive!

Upscale dining for Sackville but ordinary menu and ordinary food. Service is good, but not great. We had to flag a server to get more water.
