Contribute FeedbackDespite some positive dining experiences, the overall feedback for this restaurant is mixed. Complaints include terrible customer service, missing items from orders, and a decline in food quality. While some patrons appreciate the friendly staff, delicious food, and cozy atmosphere, others have had negative encounters with rude employees and subpar dishes. Although this restaurant has its loyal customers who enjoy their sushi, bento boxes, and stir fry, recent incidents involving poor service and food quality have caused some diners to reconsider returning. It appears that consistency in both food preparation and customer service is critical for this establishment to retain its clientele.
Sushi and food was not fresh and bugs everywhere. Not a clean place.
One of my favorite places to eat in Lowell. Food is always delicious and ftesh, and the service is always superb. My favorites are the avocado ball (appetizer) and the veggie stir fry with white sauce. Extra bonus: they cater to food allergies and have gluten-free soy sauce. A great value for the food and service, we always come back here!
The food tastes amazing. Pepper calamari was decent, may be because it was a take out order. They are slightly pricey compared to the other Chinese restaurants. They do have a seating capacity for may 40 people. Nice and clean restaurant. Parking could be an issue since the restaurant is located in the main road. If your lucky you would find street parking, but there is also a garage which is about 2min away.
Sushi that we got was a little fishy. Chicken and broccoli was average, $16 but didn't come with a side of rice. The cover was defective and was leaking by the time I got home.
We ordered a light supper of teriyaki beef, spring rolls, and chicken lo mein. Delivery was incredibly fast, and everything was delicious! Portions are generous, meat is REALLY tender. Will order again!
