Chopstix Noodle Bar - LORNE

Friendly service at a quirky place doing Asian fusion. We had the Chinaman’s noodle soup and the seafood laksa. Food was fresh and prompt... a bit sweet, but nice.

This restaurant has very interesting decor and menu. There are many traditional Asian dishes with the chef’s local twist. And lots of spices available. We enjoyed the laksa and kway teow. Servings were a good size and price was reasonable.

I ordered the greens with tofu and rice noodles. It was a generous serve and pretty good for what you expect. I ordered take away and they were pretty fast.

I had one of the best pad thais ever at this restaurant! The portions are large, so two people could easily share one meal. I will definitely be returning. Just be sure to arrive early on weekends as it gets quite busy and the wait time can be long.

Went here with the family (10 of us in total) it’s a busy place so get there early to grab a table during peak season. The decor needs updating and the restaurant needs to invest in some sort of insect repellant as there were sooo many flys in the restaurant which was off putting. There is no table service so you need to order at the front counter. We all ordered one after the other but the first lot of food came out 15-20 minutes before the rest. Although the food itself was really nice and the servings were generous! I recommend the chicken curry.
