Out of Lockdown again. We went on one of our weekend walks and ended up here. Great food, which we earned by walking 4.5 miles there and back. Back after 2 years. It's still one of my top 10 burgers of all time. read more.

In pleasant weather you can even eat and drink in the outdoor area, And into the accessible rooms also come customers with wheelchairs or physical disabilities.

What C doesn't like about The Bickley:
Generally a pretty good experience here but on this visit meat roasts had all run out as had fish and chips by 18:15 on a sunday. Service was slow but staff friendly as ever. Lambless lamb roast is pretty decent photo included for anyone thinking about trying it, good flavour but too big of a portion/needs more gravy as quite dry.
