Despite varying experiences, a common theme is disappointment at this dining spot. From abysmal service to incorrect orders and bland food, the reviews emphasize a lackluster experience. While some praise the cozy atmosphere and efficient service, others warn of overcharging during happy hour. Despite the beautiful setting and efficient service, the mixed reviews make it hard to confidently recommend this restaurant for a positive dining experience.

It's a very nice restaurant with a casual gastro pub vibe. The food was delicious and good portion sizes. The service was quite slow and it was a little confusing who was supposed to be looking after our table. We had queries that seemed to bounce around the staff. A real shame as I think with better service this would have been a much higher rating. Despite this, the restaurant was clean, the food was good and the staff were friendly but a little distant.

Great food and value for the location would recommend if visiting the museums. Massimo was very helpful.

Dessert was disappointing but we had to leave and go to the Albert hall so didn’t make a fuss. Service was stinted and we put it down to new staff and let it go. Unlikely that we shall return but was pleasant enough for what we needed it to be.

Very quiet atmosphere we were pretty much the only people in there on a bank holiday. Staff were not aware that we booked the set menu, once we established this they then weren’t aware we had a drink included. It all seemed badly organised! Service was slow. Food was however tasty which made up for it!
