We’ve eaten at Ma Goa many times over the years. Food and service always great. This time we had the Ragra Samosas, lamb shank special, Ma’s Baigan (the aubergine dish which we always go for), a chicken jalfriezi type dish and a chicken biryani. They were all delicious. Was very disappointed to be told I had to leave by 8pm. Which only allowed 1.30hrs rather than 1.45hours indicated and it was my birthday. If I had of realised beforehand I would have gone elsewhere. Waitresses lacked a spark/friendliness. Shame they don't offer full pints rather than 2 thirds. read more.
