A look at the spread speaks volume as healthy it is. Chickens, rice, grilled vegetables, hummus and olive oil. Could it be more balanced? Not only healthy, the chicken was very delicate and tasteful, the rice not sticky at all, the vegetables perfectly made, and the hummus so fresh and tangie.
