Hungry Jack's - Logan City

There is no drive-through available at this restaurant, which is located within a gas station. Additionally, they do not always have all menu items available and the wait times can be lengthy at times.

Hungry Jack's Mt Gravatt is my preferred Hungry Jack's location as it is close to where I live. It is possibly the smallest non-food court Hungry Jack's I have ever visited, with just enough space for a single table, a small couch, an armchair, and a row of counter table/seats. The food is consistently at an acceptable standard, nothing extraordinary but exactly what you would expect from this well-established chain - affordable burgers and fries. However, I believe the staff could improve their service in order to advance to better-paying positions. They often do not seem enthusiastic about their work and rarely go above and beyond for customers. I hope that the staff will show that they value their jobs and take pride in serving the local community.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was very disappointed. The food was served cold and the drinks were watered down, resulting in a tasteless and unpleasant meal. The atmosphere was unappealing and it seemed like they were trying to create a certain image, but all they left was a negative impression. The floor was dirty and if you looked over the counter, you could see rubbish. The staff were rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Overall, the fries were cold and the service was poor. I would not recommend eating here.

On 12/jul/16 at 15:08 I ordered a meal at hungry jacks upper mount gravatt garden city, expecting the man behind the counter to greet me and ask what i would like to order i approached the counter, he just stood there with an angry uninviting look on his face and stared at me,feeling slightly intimidated I began to place my order during the process he was rude and sarcastic. I waited for my order and the woman cooking the fries gave me the order and mumbled what it was so i said 'sorry! could you repeat that? ' She looked anoyed. she said the order loud, turned and walked away. This experience at hungry jacks ruined my day and i will never eat there again.

I had the opportunity eat here the outher day food was cold and drink were water down it was tasteless and valger they look like they want make a mark all they left was a nasty stain in my books the floor if u look over the counter u see rubbish staff are rude as like they don't want to be there also fries were cold poor service and food here.
