Pizza 73 - Lethbridge

This is hands down the absolute best pizza place in all of lethbridge. The service is always great. The managers/owners are very professional, they provide excellent customer service and are always around to ensure the absolute best. My family and I have been going here for years, the food is always perfect, hot and made properly. Nothing but great things to say, probably the best pizza place we've eaten at in all Alberta.

To start I have been going here since I was little and have always loved the pizza. I ordered online and waited outside for an hour called and said it was 20 min late they said it was delivered and nothing I could do. Not delivered, this was late at night so I didn’t really have any other options. I called customer service twice that night and they said I had to email. I was already upset by that because I don’t get a refund or any food for the night. I got an email the next day and it said to go to the store itself. Extra frustrating as customer service on the phone was awful and now I had to go into store and waste more time and money on gas. I get in there the guy is arguing with me they dropped it off. I said they didn’t I waited by the door. They said they did and he kept repeating himself until I got angry and he threw the money at me and said he had my info and would call the police. Please go use your money somewhere else, this company doesn’t deserve customers

Went to pick up my order and the service was terrible. Rude customer service. I was “helped” by a man with short black hair. I was rudely told by him that it was not ready. Which was fine other than his horrible attitude. Then while waiting noticed that they were handling food WITHOUT GLOVES which is utterly unhygienic. Never ordering from here again.

Always enjoy whatever I eat here. They make their pizzas in a timely manner and it always tastes hot and fresh. No mater the combination of food. I enjoy everytime.
