"At the end of the dock, facing the casino you will find this charming restaurant. Very good reception with the smile of the boss. The dishes are excellent as this crêpe with seafood in the entrance. Super good fish and perfect cooking. Likewise for the speculos tiramisu. I strongly recommend this hotel but think about booking because there are people."

"We were four nights in ault. I came here in the second night. based on good feedback online we had dinner here. when you get through the door, it's like you're going back 100 or 200 years in time. to good wise. the whole environment is old school cool. very luxurious, chandelier on the deck. warm, welcoming, charming. the owner brings them from the door personally to a table of their choice. but make sure you have a reservation. the maitre D'/Sommelier takes care of their drinks and also brings the food. a service staff will clean the panels. the owner always checks if they are happy. I felt very well taken care of myself. it was treated on a nice way. very friendly, positiw. there was no rush at all. we chose the small set menu in this night. a starter and a head for 29 euro. and a bottle bordeaux rosé with it. affordable wine prices. at the beginning was a complementary amuse bouche. seafood paté with roasted brot. for beginners we had the terrines in 1837 from foie grass and truffle. a fantastic choice. so many flavors could not get enough of it. then also 6x oyster for the other starter. we spent 5 weeks in france in summer and had many oysters and those here were the best. really good quality, really fresh. and all the same fresh. for the first we had the brochette de boeuf. a bark kewer with tomato sauce. this article wasn't so exciting. but it was a 29 euro deal and that is more than fair. but we discovered an even more interesting menu combo. So we decided to come back two days later and make a reservation immediately. a warm welcome again and this time a complementary amuse bouche and a glass sect. we went for the menu lucrezia borgia starter, main, cheese and dessert for 59 euro. another bottle bordeaux rosé. gazpacho with roasted brot for the amuse bouche. for starter again the oysters (and again fantastic) and the mi-cuit foie gras. wonderful, melted on my back. I love foie gras. hot or cold for the main filet de boeuf sauce pèrigourdine a sauce made of foie gras, wobble, mushrooms, porto cognac. what a fantastic dish. by far the best steak piece I ever had in France. perfectly cooked (medium sized as ordered) and a divine sauce. then the cheese came. a beautiful selection of French products. for dessert we had the pavlowa and the vacherin de maison (like a pavlowa, but filled with ice) both articles are equally large. the necessity was very well done. perfection. eating here is not just eating. it's an experience. wonderful people, fantastic eating and an attitude they will not forget. it is the heaven. go for the more expensive set-menu. that is really worth it and: our bulldogge was even welcome to come with us. How great is that? One of the places I will never forget. highly recommended."
