Original drinks are off the hook. And the hostess and other gal very nice. Sam waited on us, and we could not have asked for a better waiter. He was knowledgeable about the place, the food, drinks, etc. Appreciate that. View all feedback.
What CJSM dislikes about Todd English P.U.B.:
Be forewarned—Todd English is no longer associated with THE PUB. This is now the equivalent of a mediocre neighborhood bar or chain restaurant. The ambiance is not even a good pub knockoff. The food is one step above dreadful: the fried pickles were greasy, the burger was standard and the prime rib was tough. Service was OK. No reason to spend the or calories here. View all feedback.
I normally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one. Let me start by saying that my husband I had previously dined many times at this location when it was Todd English PUB considered it one of our favorite LV restaurants. Well, not anymore especially since Todd English is no longer associated with the restaurant. MGM Restaurants made a huge mistake with that one. I had read some of the negative reviews but wanted to know for myself so we ate at The Pub on our last trip to LV. It was a Saturday evening our 1st clue about how bad it was going to be was how empty the restaurant was when we arrived for our 7pm reservation. The food beer menu at The Pub is nowhere near as extensive as it used to be. Once our beers arrived, we ordered a couple of sandwiches, a hamburger for my husband a grilled chicken sandwich for me. Then we waited waited. Now I could understand a delay if the restaurant was busy or crowded but that definitely was not the case. Anyhow, our food finally arrived (now almost 7:45). That 's when things took a turn for the worse. My husband ordered a medium burger, however, it was prepared well done. My grilled chicken sandwich had no grill marks on it tasted like the chicken had been boiled, not grilled. It was truly tasteless inedible. I took 1 bite of the pickle that was on the plate did not take another bite. My husband did the same. The only things that tasted good were the French fries the beer. During all of this, the waitress never came back to the table to check on us to see how our meals were even though she walked by our table 2-3 times. When she finally did stop at our table to ask if we wanted another round of beers, I told her that I could not eat the sandwich to take it away. She asked if I wanted something else I told her no. Quite truthfully, I did not want to chance anything else. She did have my meal taken off of our bill. Needless to say, we will not be going back.
Our service was fantastic and we took advantage of their happy hour which was a nice reprieve from the expense of Vegas! It was quiet enough to have a conversation but a great atmosphere and ambience for a Pub type restaurant! I would definitely recommend to friends and will go back!

I've been eating at The Pub for decades (back when it was the Todd English Pub . I like the new changes! Same great food and drink, but lower prices and a killer happy hour. There's a reason all the locals flock to this place :
Was upset to find out that this restaurant is no longer a Todd English restaurant and the recipes have changed. It used to carry unique items, now it is just a pub that you can find anywhere. So sad.
