I was a bit dissapointed with my experience at Maggiano’s. First off, I placed a reservation for and arrived at to check in. I was then informed by staff that I would receive a text at to be seated. Well at I asked the front desk staff if I would be seated anytime soon, they in return stated that I would need to wait for the text because individuals are seated based on arrival. Which honestly made no sense because I had arrived early yet I was still waiting, all while random people arriving were being seated. Ultimatley, I had to end up tracking down someone to manually look up my name and was informed that their text system was down but we would be seated. Keep in mind, the couples standing next to us received a text saying their table was ready. It just seemed to be a lot of confusion, lack of ownership concerning the poor communication with seating along with down right lies.
