Mit voller Erwartung des guten Essens waren wir mit Freunden "Ganslessen" natürlich mit Vorbestellung. Gruß aus der Küche war sehr gut. Es gab dann noch eine Gansleinmachsuppe mit einer extra servierten Kartoffelkrokette. Auch in Ordnung. Leider entsprach dann das servierte Gansl nicht unseren Erwartungen.
