"Do not expect anyone to answer your phone call.... (I had a question regarding a missing item there left a hat behind when I left before closing hr I was straight up ignored yesterday and today when I called during business hours. I guess my missing hat is just gone forever/donated to whoever kept it.. (1...2 stars experience)Drinks were good 1 star) if you're craving something sweet and fruity! "I'm so sad and disappointed. I always see that this place has a long line, so I decided to finally try it. I ordered the Matcha Crema and the first thing I taste and smell is rotten/sour milk. I tried a few more sips but it didn't get any better. I thought mixing the cream and green tea would help but it still didn't taste good. Plus it had a very chalky /pulpy taste. This was not worth $6.25. I wish I could get my money back. My money went literally into the trash."
