McDonald's - Lakefield

My family and I used the drive through to get lunch. We ordered chicken nugget meals, and asked for extra sweet and sour sauce. Upon getting our order we noticed we only had sweet and sour sauce, despite having three meals. We asked for...more and were told it was in the bag, we again asked for more. The girl doing the drive through asked to see our bag, looked inside and told us it was in the bag but it was only one and she refused to give us more, she really argued with us about it. Also our fries were only half full and we weren’t given any straws. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had.

I went there and got great service and they were quick. Very clean place. I would recommend stopping by

This evening your employee refused to serve me through the drive thru because I have a truck and trailer and had to walk through . I just got off work after a hour shift and this employee told me I couldn’t order . I...resorted to asking a nice man who was waiting behind me in a vehicle if he could order for me . I’m very disappointed in your service this evening ! There is absolutely no different risk then me standing at the window vs in a vehicle Not to mention we had to wait for our order to be walked out to us on a tray anyways

Same old mcdonalds menu, mediocre staff small eating area prices seem to be getting more expensive for a burger and fries that are not the best.

I don’t usually eat too much fast food but after a long day decided to pick up burger fries on my way home Staff that served me were very friendly but… like to ask the question as to why staff are handing food with...no gloves or hair covers? My order was wrong so had to wait again My main concern staff food handling with no gloves, not good! Didn’t eat
