"Harper is one of the local famous spots in Kentucky, of which everyone in the area knows. It's not chic, it's just flat out delicious catfish, which is not fat, whatever. The slightly baked fish is cooked for perfection, homemade Coleslaw is creamy with a kick of pepper and baked potatoes are, in my opinion, a must. Only cash or check (yes, check, believe it or not). Come ready to eat and don't wear thin jeans."
